Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software products and services provided by Vohux Inc. ("Vohux", "we", "us"), an Ontario, Canada corporation. By using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Vohux develops and distributes desktop software applications including but not limited to Verscout, AppQuiver, and CorpBooks (each a "Product"). Each Product may have its own End User License Agreement (EULA) with additional terms specific to that Product.

2. Accounts & Purchases

Some Products require a license key for continued use beyond a trial period. License keys are delivered electronically after purchase. Each key is personal, non-transferable, and valid for one installation unless otherwise specified.

Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., LemonSqueezy, Gumroad). We do not store your payment information. Payment provider terms apply to your transaction.

3. Trial Period

Products with a trial period provide full functionality during the trial. After the trial expires, a valid license key is required. No payment is collected during the trial and no credit card is required to start one.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with a Product, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All Products, including their code, design, documentation, and branding, are the intellectual property of Vohux Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership.

Our Products are designed to operate locally on your device. We are committed to privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use of our Products remains with you.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vohux Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Products. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Product.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product. Sections on intellectual property, warranties, and liability survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
